Shipping and returns
Shipping
All orders received by 10am Tuesday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Delivery is FREE within New Zealand.
Items over $100 require signature for delivery. If you do not want signature required, please let us know when ordering.
If you haven't received your products but they are showing as delivered, let us know and we'll get onto the courier.
A tracking number will be sent with shipping confirmation.
If you experience an unusual delivery delay, please let us know and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.
Returns
Returns can be made for the following reasons:
• Damaged items
• Faulty items
• Incorrect or missing items
If you want to return an item, email photos and a detailed description to us at reception@jomi.co.nz. We'll be in contact within 24 hours.
We may ask you to return your purchase so we can complete the return process.
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've purchased from us within 30 days of your purchase.
